W F Todd Wyatt brings 25 years of experience to the team. He has been an Atlanta (Dunwoody) resident since the age of ten. Briefly moving to Tennessee to attend college at the University of Tennessee, he moved back to Atlanta after college with his beautiful bride, Therese.  Going into business with his parents, Todd formed 3W Quilting and Laminating Co, Inc., which manufactured a variety of products for the interior design trade across the nation. Though he enjoyed the family business, he developed a love and passion for real estate when he took on the task of personally selling his starter home while building his family's forever home. After five years of working in the family business and simultaneously building his real estate career, Todd made the move to pursue his passion for helping others buy and sell real estate full time.

Today, Todd has been a top producer for Keller Williams Realty for over 23 years. During this time, he has been a leader within the local real estate industry serving many years on the Agent Leadership Counsel at his local brokerage as well as Team Leader and Managing Broker of the Keller Williams Realty Market Center in Norcross. Todd is now back to helping others buy and sell real estate and is dedicated to bringing his core values of individual attention, innovative marketing, and impeccable service to the team. Todd and his wife, Therese, have lived and been active in the Woodstock community for 38 years. They have just sold their home in Woodstock, where they spent 23 years raising a family, are starting a new chapter as empty nesters and are building a home in Canton, Georgia. Todd is a family man who knows how to take care of people and business. He and his wife celebrate 40 years of marriage with three grown children and seven grandchildren also living in the Canton/Woodstock area.
