Sanders Team Realty is now open at the Mill on Etowah! After months of hard work, we are happy to open our new office and join the Canton community. We held our official Grand Opening on October 19th and invited our agents, partners, and support staff to celebrate with us

Our new 10,000 sq ft headquarters was built with agent's success in mind. It features a large training room, several conference and meeting rooms, complete with a kitchen, studio AND game room! Not only do we offer agents a fun and modern place to work, but they can bring in their clients, have one-on-one time with leadership, and can speak with our in-house loan officers.

In January of 2022, Sanders Team Realty announced plans to build a brand new headquarters at The Mill on Etowah in Canton, Georgia.

The Mill on Etowah, which was once a cotton mill, sits in historic downtown Canton right on the banks of the Etowah River. The historic site is home to many different retailers, a brewery and taproom, restaurants, a co-working space and more!

Sanders Team Realty is excited to join the Canton community and one of metro’s hottest re-use developments. Sanders Team Headquarters features over 10,000 sq ft of space for agents, their clients, and support staff. The new office includes a large training room, several conference and meeting rooms, complete with a kitchen, studio, AND game room!

This year Sanders Team Realty partnered with 104.7 The Fish to grant a Fish Christmas Wish. In October, John Edwards and his two children, Ansley (15) and Brock (20), lost their wife and mom suddenly from NASH disease. 

She had been in and out of the hospital over the past 3 years, unable to work, and was finally correctly diagnosed with NASH disease a year ago. She got very sick and was in ICU for 9 weeks before being told they could not do anything to get her well. She wanted to go home, so they brought in hospice home care. She passed away within a day of being home, at the age of 42.

Their family was not prepared for her passing and are now carrying the extra burden of medical expenses and funeral costs while trying to cope with her loss. They have been working with extended family to get everything taken care of, but bills are behind and there is no extra money left for the kids’ Christmas gifts.

Greg and Michelle Sanders heard about the Edwards family and immediately wanted to help saying “We are so happy that your sister-in-law submitted the Fish 104.7 Christmas Wish for you guys. It's an honor to be able to help your family.”

To assist the Edwards with financial planning and building long term wealth, the family will be receiving a subscription to Dave Ramsey’s Financial Freedom. In addition, Sanders Team sent a generous gift card to buy Ansley and Brock the items on their Christmas lists, as well as some kitchenware items for their home.

Lastly, Sanders Team wanted to cover the family’s next month of rent, hoping it would lighten the weight of things financially to give them more time together this Christmas.

Inc. magazine today revealed that Sanders Team is No. 349 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

Methodology

The 2020 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2016 and 2019. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2016. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2019. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2016 is $100,000; the minimum for 2019 is $2 million.
